Mercedes-Benz CLS W219 headlight washer cover recreation

A headlight washer cover for a 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS W219 AMG front bumper was recreated using the original component as a reference. The original part was 3D scanned, and its shape, mounting features and surface geometry were reconstructed from the scan data. A new cover was then manufactured using FDM 3D printing in ASA. The result is a functional replacement for the original automotive exterior component.
