Printura, MB · Company code 307575266 · Rinktinės g. 41-13, LT-09206 Vilnius, Lithuania · thedovydasltu@gmail.com
2. Information you provide
When you send a project enquiry, the website may collect the name or company name you enter, email address, telephone number, selected services, message, language, how you heard about Printura and any project file you choose to attach.
3. Technical and security information
The website may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as an IP address and anti-abuse signals. The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
4. Why the information is used
Information submitted through the Contact form is used to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the requested work, prepare or discuss an offer, communicate about a potential or agreed project, and protect the website from spam and misuse.
5. Service providers
Enquiries are delivered through the configured email service. During the current setup this is Google/Gmail SMTP. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check. Hostinger provides website hosting and may process technical data required to deliver and protect the website. Supabase is used for the Gallery project database, administrator authentication and public Gallery image storage. These providers process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy arrangements.
6. Project files
Files attached to an enquiry are sent with the enquiry for project evaluation and are not automatically published in the public Gallery. Please only submit files and information that you are entitled to share.
7. Cookies and analytics
The current Printura website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, marketing trackers or visitor analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for security. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be reviewed before those tools are enabled.
8. Retention
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, manage an agreed project, meet applicable business or legal obligations, and resolve relevant disputes. A specific retention schedule should be defined before launch if required for your business processes.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact listed above.
10. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce unauthorized access and automated abuse, including server-side validation, request limits, input escaping and Cloudflare Turnstile. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or business processes change. The current version should always be published on this page.
